A young sculptor and his fiancée have stolen some expensive antiques from his neighbour, who is away on a holiday, to spruce up his bachelor pad to impress the fiancée’s Colonel father and a wealthy prospective buyer, the Nawab.
Before the guests arrive, a fuse short-circuits causing a blackout. What follows is a frantic romp between lovers, unexpected visitors, mistaken identities, and surprises lurking in every dark corner.
